Hilary writes: "We are lucky enough to have a beach hut near Brighton and it has been a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Many cups of tea and biscuits have been consumed there and this is a celebration of three of the most important things in life: friendship, tea drinking and biscuits!"

Hilary writes: "My treehouse was a very special place when I was a child. It was just a simple platform (probably some old shelves) nailed into the branches of the tree - sorry tree! But I was able to escape up there and enjoy a feeling of freedom and independence. This is my tribute to one of my favourite childhood places."

This piece attempts to capture the importance of living in the moment - at all times but especially at times of worry and stress. I turned to mindfulness in the weeks before an operation and this song, "Just Breathe" was the result.
